Whatsapp video call is now live
Sooner than expected, popular messaging app Whatsapp is rolling out
support for video calls. The recent update to 2.16.318 is bringing video
capability to the instant messaging platform.
The interface is similar to that of the voice call and the video icon will only be visible against the contact who is currently on the Beta version.
A tap on the call icon now has an option to choose between a voice call and a video call.
 Whatsapp
is arguably the biggest instant messaging platform with over a billion
users worldwide, it has become an alternative to text messaging owing to
its interactive nature and its continuous dynamic user friendly
updates.
